History
Our founder, Brent Harms, grew up on a family farm in Iowa and saw firsthand how powerful the concept of engaging with and rewarding customers for their loyalty could be to a business or brand. Since then, his passion for customer engagement has only strengthened. He has been active in connecting businesses with their customers throughout his 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience.

We believe that what we do matters – assisting c-stores to be a thriving and fundamental part of their communities. We know this better than anyone dating back to our years when we went by the company name Tecmark. As Tecmark we were one of the pioneers of digital loyalty marketing for convenience stores offering access to mobile app technology powered by a solid loyalty platform. Our dedication to and expertise in the industry shows in our service, our ability to understand your needs, and our success in helping you enhance relationships with your customers.
